2012 BLOOM OUTLOOK (Dec 2011). We all have our fingers crossed! We have had some great early winter rains. If it keeps up, wildflowers, lavender, and peaches will all be plentiful this year. And, of course, not even a drought can destroy our wonderful hill country views!
Yep, that's Tex with one of his projects, a stainless steel and copper lavender distiller. There is nothing quite like the smell of essential lavender oil or hydrosol in the making.
That's Tex on his ongoing project. Any guesses on when he will finish? I'm guessing we'll be safe from floods at that height! And, I'm guessing it will never be quite finished. But challenges are what makes life interesting.
